A Taste of Independence - Exploring life in UK boarding schools

We are currently working on a web video based programme about boarding schools. The project which includes a website and a video programme will launch in October of 2008 and will feature schools from through out the UK and Ireland. The aim of the video is to give parents a window into boarding school life and the web project will help to promote uk boarding school education worldwide.

As well as interviews with the school heads we will hear from both past and current students and discover just what boarding has to offer. Why not take a quick look at boarding school life now. Le Mans 24hr Challenge

In July 2007 Upfront TV visited Le Mans home of the famous 24hr race. Now camping is not normally my style but I have to admit this was an experience to remember. Over 40 teams both professional and amature battled for 24hrs straight for the hounor of Le Mans champions 2007. The event is held at the Alain Prost circuit which is a demanding ride for sure. Most of the teams consisted of four to six drivers but we learned that one chap drove for twelve hours. Now thats dedication.
